I will explain how I rank high in google within a matter of minutes. I will not go step by step and tell you how to create an account because if you’re a newbie and don’t know how to create an account then you shouldn’t be reading this thread because most likely you wont know how to implement this method anyways.

How Adsense detects fraudulous clicks
- The clicker’s IP address matches the one on your adsense account.
It’s a no-brainer. Don’t click on your own ads. - Suspiciously high CTR
According to a report I read, anything above 10% will be flagged, but 6% or 7% would probably be a safer limit. - Clickers’ IP addresses come from the same geographical area
This is for those who think they can get away with clicking on their ads from their friends’ computer, their grandma’s computer, and their neighbor’s computer. It just ain’t gonna work.
How To Make Money Fast Using Adsense
I’ve been making money from Adsense for the past 3 years and have hit both the highs and lows before.
I’ve reach $100 per day before (using tedious greyhat methods) and have hit a low $5 per day (When Google changes algorithm).
Yeah, I almost gave up Adsense at one point.
Today, I’m back to just $600+ per month and after playing with black, grey and white hats, I came to some conclusions. I want to play a fair game with Google now and so I’m building my Adsense earnings properly with time-tested techniques.

Get accepted by adsense in a few hours!
I found out 2 ways to get accepted verry easy and quick..
The first way that I discovered myself is related to your youtube channel
If you having a youtube channel (I think everybody alreday have one) post some vids on it, you can choose between making some by yourself or just steal some vids from other users.
When the vids are online and accepted again you can choose. You can wait till the vids are getting some views (a bit hard with the tons of vids online) or you can use Youtube Automator.
Get yourself some vid and channel views and then use your youtube channel when subscribing to google adsense.

The best AdSense alternative
Some weeks ago i came across this great program! They are a ppc company like adsense but you are allowed to put your ads anywhere, even on forums or craigslist etc. And they have graphical ads and adult is allowed!!
They pay $2 – $3+ per click for many niches!! Just look the Top-keywords on their homepage! The top 20 earners earn $3000+ a day as you can see on their homepage!
I cashed out $560 last week with 490 clicks and less effort!
They pay out every three days via paypal etc…
I highly recommend to try out this great Program!

How to Make Money Blogging
Make Money Blogging
Do you want to make money blogging? If you do – you’re not alone. More and more bloggers are finding that blogging is a profitable medium. Whether it be to earn a few extra dollars a week to feed their coffee habit, or making enough money to stop them having to get a part time job to get through college, or whether they’ve got it to a point where they are able to make a full time living from their blogging – there are tens of thousands of bloggers who make money blogging. How to Make Money Blogging
In this page I want to share some information for beginners on how to make money blogging. For a very quick and broad visual intro – check out this Make Money Blogging MindMap which visualizes just SOME of the ways bloggers make money blogging.First – let me start by sharing my own top Money Making Methods (updated regularly) but below that point you to some great resources and teaching on how to increase your income from blogging.
What follows is a quick summary of my main income streams from blogging. Before you read it though – keep in mind that every blog is unique in how it can make money. Some of the following income streams will work on some blogs a lot better than others – the key is to experiment with as many as possible and see what works best for you.
The following income streams (from a number of blogs) have helped me to earn a six figure income each year for the last 5 years from blogging. I’ve ranked them from highest to lowest.
I hope you find it useful to see the mix and variety of ways that I earn a living from blogging.
1. AdSense
Despite not using it here at ProBlogger any more (here’s why) I continue to use AdSense with amazing effect on my other blogs. I have them all set to show image and text based ads and find that 250×300 pixel ads work best (usually with a blended design). I don’t have much luck with their ‘referrals’ program but their normal ads work a treat and continue to be the biggest earner for me.2. Affiliate Programs
I run a variety of affiliate programs on my blogs – most of which bring in smaller amounts of money that don’t really justify a category of their own (but which certainly add up). These include recommending quality products like these here on ProBlogger: Thesis WordPress theme, Yaro’s Blog Mastermind Coaching Program and How to Launch the F*** out of your E-Book (and others) as well as some great products on my photography blog including 123 of Digital Imaging, David DuChemin’s amazing Photography E-Books and Mitchell Kanashkevich’s great ebooks.
The great thing about many of these programs is that they are of such high quality that they sell themselves and I am being emailed from readers who sign up to them thanking me for the recommendation!
3. E-Book Sales
Last time I did a wrap up of how I make money blogging this category did not exist for me – I didn’t really have any of my own products to sell at all. However in the last year or so I’ve released 3 E-books – 31 Days to Build a Better Blog, The Essential Guide to Portrait Photography and Photo Nuts and Bolts: Know Your Camera and Take Better Photos. While these products all only sell for under $20 they certainly add up and some months this has been my biggest category of income. The reason they were only ranking at #3 in the last month was that I didn’t do a product launch (I wrote about one launch which brought in $72,000 in a week here). This is an income stream I see growing as I add more E-books to my range (expect 3 in the coming few months).4. Continuity Programs
This is another newer category for me but one that continues to grow.A continuity program is a site where you earn a recurring income from people who subscribe to a service you offer.
For me this includes two sites – ProBlogger.com and Third Tribe Marketing. Both programs are membership sites and generate monthly income from the thousands of members that they have as a part of them.
5. Private Ad Sales/Sponsorships
Private ad sales directly to advertisers have fallen for me in the last year (they previously ranked #3 on this list). This is partly due to a change in my own focus but also partly due to the economy as it is. I should note that this area does vary a little from month to month depending upon the campaigns we’re asked to run – we’ve had a couple of months where it actually ranked #2 in the last year. This includes ad sales of the 125 x 125 ads here at ProBlogger as well as a campaign or two at Digital Photography School.
6. Chitika
Chitka continues to be a great performer for me on my blogs. They traditionally have worked best on product related blogs although their Premium ad units now convert well on a larger range of blogs. While I’ve focused a little less on Chitika in the last 6 months (mainly as I’ve released my own products and moved a little away from advertising) they do continue to perform well where I use them and over the time I’ve been using Chitika they’ve now earned me over a quarter of a million dollars – as a result I can’t recommend them enough!
7. Amazon Associates
Amazon’s affiliate program has been one of my big movers in the last 12 months. I used to make a few odd dollars from it – however in recent times it has become a significant earner for me (in fact it’s now earned me over $100,000 since I started using it). Christmas time (and the lead up to it) is a particularly good time for Amazon – last December it would have ranked #2 on this list.
8. ProBlogger Job Boards
The job boards here at ProBlogger continue to grow each month in the number of advertisements that are being bought. This enabled me to invest most of the money that they’d earned a while back into getting a new back end for the boards and to redesign them. These job boards now bring in over $1000 a month in revenue which is pretty nice considering that they are so low maintenance to run. They also offer a service to readers and add value to the overall blog. The only problem that I face with the job boards is that there are so many bloggers looking for work that the demand for jobs far exceeds the supply. On the good side of things is that advertisers are reporting getting amazing quality of applications.
9. Speaking Fees
I get asked to do a lot of speaking and increasingly they are paid opportunities. I’m not able to do as many as I would like (mainly because I live in Australia and most of what I’m asked to do is overseas and I only travel 2-3 times a year) – however in April I did a couple of events and the income was enough to include in this list.Other Income
In addition to all of the above there are many smaller incomes. Many of these are from smaller advertising programs that I test but none are big enough to really rate a mention here. The other income stream that there was no actual money from in April was book royalties from the ProBlogger Book. These are only paid every 6 or so months (not in April). It’s probably also worth mentioning that authors don’t tend to make a whole lot of money on book royalties – you don’t write books to get rich (unless you sell a lot of them).
Useful Resources for Bloggers Wanting to Make Money Blogging
A lot has been written on the topic of making money online from blogs. There is a lot of wonderful information out there – but also a lot of hype and sometimes dangerous information.Below are a number of articles that I’ve written exploring some of the different ways that bloggers make money.
3 Ways to Make More Money with Amazon’s Affiliate Program This Christmas
Earlier in the year posted here on ProBlogger 11 lessons that I’d learned on the way to making over $100,000 with the Amazon Associates program (I wrote a followup post with 10 more tips too).
In that post post I posted a version of the following chart of my Amazon Associates earnings:

The Parable of the Lemonade Stand: Is AdSense Costing you Money?
My journey into affiliate marketing.
Before I start, I’d like to make two disclaimers:
Now, let me throw in a twist: imagine the before-mentioned entrepreneurs are in their 30’s. They own the lot on which the lemonade stand is located. The lot is located along a major highway in a rapidly growing suburban area. All adjacent lots have businesses making thousands of dollars per day. Suddenly our lemonade stand seems rather silly.
This concept is called opportunity cost—the economic consequences of choosing one thing over another. I’m learning about this the hard way — I’ve been making pennies per click when I could have been making dollars per click.
Let me explain in a little more detail. As I’ve mentioned before, strongandfit.net is the first profitable blog I’ve ever had. As my traffic increased, so did my AdSense earnings. A few dollars a day ads up, so I was finally seeing checks come in at the end of every month (I’m new to making money online, so I’m easily amused).
But I started noticing something: a few products in particular kept showing up over and over on my blog (in the AdSense widget). “Wait a minute,” I thought to myself, “these products obviously convert well if someone is willing to spend money promoting them.” I realized I had inadvertently put myself at the bottom of the economic food chain: I was getting paid a few cents per click while someone else was earning commissions on sales produced by these clicks.
I did a little research and started directly advertising these products with affiliate marketing. So far it seems to be paying off—my blog is making more money.
But there’s another benefit: I have complete control over what gets advertised on my blog. It’s turning into a win-win situation: my readers are referred to high quality products, and I earn more in commissions.
I still use AdSense, but I’m devoting more of my prime “real estate” on my blog to affiliate marketing. Maybe you should also consider doing this.
Before I start, I’d like to make two disclaimers:
- I don’t hate google or AdSense—this article isn’t a rant against either.
- I recognize that every blog is different—what I’m about to say may not apply to your blog. Regardless, I think you should ask yourself the question I’m presenting here.
The Parable of the Lemonade Stand
Imagine a lemonade stand. The entrepreneurs get the ingredients, start up their business, and have dozens of customers per day. It earns twenty dollars a day. Google and Amazon Partner Up to Integrate Amazon Associates Program into Blogger Blogs
In the last few minutes Blogger.com has flipped the switch on a new way for Blogger blogs to be monetized from within their system – an integration with Amazon Associates program. Expect an official announcement from Blogger/Google shortly on this new partnership (update: here it is) – but in the mean time, here’s the scoop.
Previously the ‘monetize’ tab on the back end of Blogger blogs only had options to set up AdSense – but today you can now do the same with Amazon.
If you’re a Blogger.com blogger log into your blog – click the monetize tab and choose Amazon Associates. Here’s what you’ll see:

Are you an affiliate marketer or willing to become one?
Are you an affiliate marketer or willing to become one?
You don’t have to be an affiliate marketer right now, but you need to be committed to the trade to fully realize the benefits of ePN. As an affiliate marketer, you’ll have to focus on selling products and converting your readers to buyers. These skills are different from generating traffic and producing content.Still, if you understand your audience and have a relevant site, it won’t be too difficult to get your readers to spend money on eBay. But you may have to learn different skills to make ePN a viable income stream.
Do you have a quality site?
One of the reasons why I wanted to write this post for ProBlogger is because blogs that follow Darren’s advice are often great sites to run affiliate programs.eBay is looking for relevant sites that have unique or value-added content. These types of sites tend to do well with ePN.
The eBay team published a white paper on Search Engine Marketing Journal titled The Coming Evolution in Affiliate Marketing: A Focus on Quality (pdf file). This paper was based on their advanced tracking and research of their affiliates.
Is eBay Partner Network a Good Affiliate Program for Your Blog?
A guest post by Dee Barizo
eBay’s affiliate program doesn’t get mentioned much in the problogger space, but it’s been the best monetization option for my collectible card game blog.
The program is called eBay Partner Network, or ePN for short. It’s been a great for my blog. AdSense was a flop because most of the ads being served were irrelevant. On the other hand, ePN earns over 10 times as much as AdSense. Also, I use simple text links to promote eBay so I don’t have to clutter my blog with big distracting ads.
I thought I’d write about ePN to give you another monetization option. It’s generally a good idea to have multiple income streams to diversify your earnings. I believe ePN can be a viable program for many bloggers.
In this post, I’ll give a quick overview of the affiliate program. Then I’ll share some questions for you to consider to evaluate if ePN is right for you. Hopefully, by the end of the post, you’ll have a good idea whether or not the program will work well on your blog.
eBay originally paid affiliate marketers a percentage of the transaction fees. But just recenty, in October 2009, eBay switched to a payout system called Quality Click Pricing (QCP). In this system, affiliates are paid based on an algorithm that takes into account several factors including revenue from sales, the long term value of new users, eBay advertising revenue and PayPal revenue.
ePN offers several tools to promote eBay on your blog. These tools include banner generators, link generators, an RSS feed generator, product feeds, and an API.

ePN Overview
ePN is similar to AdSense because it pays per click (although AdSense also pays on a CPM basis depending upon what ads are served). However, ePN is an affiliate program rather than an ad network like AdSense. Therefore, your traffic must generate revenue for eBay or else you won’t get paid. If your traffic doesn’t convert, then your earnings per click can go down to zero and you risk being dropped from the program.eBay originally paid affiliate marketers a percentage of the transaction fees. Questions to Consider
How I write the Father’s Day Deal Post:
Step 1: Go to Amazon.com/fathersday to find potential products to promote
Step 2: Sort through to the appropriate section for your website and look for pre made “deal images” like the one above that can be used on your website (Amazon usually creates several of these for sales within each product category)
Step 3: Save the image and generate an affiliate link for the page it goes to. Use this in your blog post somewhere as people love to click images especially if they outline the specifics of a sale.
Step 4: Start writing the blog post and linking to Amazon products and the father’s day home page where appropriate (see above as an example)
Step 5: Optional I use an Amazon affiliate plugin like PHPzon, Review Azon etc. to quickly and easily toss product information into my blog posts but this can also be done manually instead
Important Note To Potential Shoppers: Yes, a knife holder would make a terrible gift for Father’s Day though lol so pick something different, remember that was just ajoke example.
Step 6: Reinforce that you’ll keep the reader up to date on the best deals via your blog and then take the time to promote your newsletter so that they don’t miss out on any deals you will send to them over the next few days.
Step 7: Finish the post with another link to the Amazon.com Father’s Day page
Step 8: Over the next few days watch the Amazon’s Father’s Day page for Lightning Deals that are appropriate for your audience. When the deals crop up write a quick blog post about the product on sale and send an email to your newsletter. Remember to write the blog post and send the email quickly as the popular lightning deals really do go fast.
Step 9: Required Buy me lunch with your increased Amazon earnings next time you’re in Seattle, WA.
The important thing to remember is that you can make money and still provide value to your readers at the same time. People have either forgotten Father’s Day is coming up soon or they’re already starting the process to find a gift. If you’re the first person to tell your readers that Father’s Day is upon us AND there are some sweet deals on products he might like your readers will thank you for sharing this information. This is just one way I make extra money during the traditionally slow season.
Now that you’ve learned how I make money on every holiday with Amazon, I’d love to see people actually take the advice and use it. Share your father’s day posts in the comments below and let me know what you think of this strategy.

How to Make Money with Amazon Today:
Now that you’ve read the tips above you may be thinking to yourself, ‘Alright that sounds great but, I’m still not sure where to start.’ Well, if your blog is in any way loosely related to consumer goods (almost everyone) there is an easy way to get started today by promoting deals for Father’s Day. Most bloggers focus on just the big holidays and shopping periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas. These are all great, but you can take it one step further by promoting products on almost every holiday without annoying your readers (I would skip this holiday though unless you have a blog about Pirates). Early last week I received an email from Amazon’s Associates team that stated Amazon would be running Lightning Deals for Father’s Day for the first time from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM PST on Monday June 7th through Wednesday June 9th to celebrate Father’s day on June 20th. Amazon frequently creates landing pages like this for holidays so for every holiday worth promoting just search for the respective holiday landing page and replicate this strategy below on future holidays. Promoting products around the holidays is the best way to make money without looking like it’s your only focus. First I’ll show you a simple blog post I’d write for my cooking website and second I’ll break down the steps I incorporate into most of my posts designed to make money with Amazon:

Great Deals for Dad on Amazon This Week
Amazon will be running lightning deals from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM PST on Monday June 7th through Wednesday June 9th to celebrate Father’s day on June 20th. For those that aren’t aware – lightning deals run for only a few hours and the very best deals tend to sell out quick so be sure to keep your eye on Amazon.com/fathersday so that you don’t miss anything. In addition to the lightning deals there are already great prices on Shun cutlery products like this 22 slot bamboo knife storage block:
(Information pulled from an Amazon plugin I use)
Again, the lightning deals only run from June 7th to June 9th so watch Amazon.com/fathersday and if there are any great lightning deals on cooking products I’ll be sure to let you know on the blog here and via our free newsletter. Sign up for our newsletter now and get your free guide to Summer Grilling Healthy Meals and to ensure you hear about all the great Father’s Day deals that will be shared this week.

How to Make Money on Every Holiday
I made a little over $60,000 in the past 12 months using Amazon’s Affiliate program and it’s actually my primary income stream. Many people are turned off by Amazon primarily because of it’s short 24 hour cookie length, but I want to show an example on how I make money using Amazon by focusing on the holiday shopping season every holiday. The next holiday coming up is Father’s Day and will be your opportunity to make some money today. But before we get to that I highly suggest you read some of the tips Darren has written in the past on how to earn money with Amazon which can be found here, here, here and… here! I also shared my own Amazon tips to earn more, but in a twist I used Amazon tracking ID’s for every single strategy all through 2009 so that I could determine which specific tactics were the most effective in terms of how much revenue they generated. The results can be seen here and in doing this I found out which tactics should be avoided as well.
How to Increase Affiliate Income by Hitting the Affiliate Marketing Sweet Spot
At BlogWorld Expo this year, I presented some tips on affiliate marketing in one of the sessions I ran on monetizing blogs.
One of the most powerful affiliate marketing concepts—one that can make or break an affiliate campaign—is summed up in this slide:
The key is to find the overlap between the intent and need of your reader, the product you’re promoting, and the message you use to promote it with.
To say it another way, the product, reader need, and your promotional message need to be related. The product needs to relate to your audience, and you need to promote it in a relevant way.
Let me give you an example of an affiliate promotion on a blog that I saw recently where there was no sweet spot.

Missing the mark
I won’t reveal the blog because I don’t want to embarrass the blogger but the blog’s topic was beauty and fashion.- Reader Intent - The blog’s content focused on the topic of beauty and fashion, and the blog’s comments revealed that readers were there to explore that topic (so the reader intent was to learn and talk about beauty/fashion).
- Product – The product being promoted on the blog was my 31 Days to Build a Better Blog ebook. While I’m flattered that the blogger wanted to promote my book, there’s not a great deal of immediate overlap between the reader intent/need and the need that my product solved. My ebook helps people improve their blogs; the reader intent was to talk lipstick, skirts, and stilettos.
- Message – The promotion was a banner ad. There was no in-content promotion—the blogger had simply used one of our default banner ads in the sidebar. As a result there was no tie-in, or message that tried to close the gap between reader need and the product. Perhaps if the message had been a blog post written to highlight how the product could be helpful to other fashion/beauty bloggers, or a call to fashion/beauty bloggers to work through the ebook together (making things more relevant to the audience), the promotion might have been more successful. However, the banner ad alone provided no obvious tie in.
Take-home lessons:
- Know your reader intent and needs.
- Find affiliate products that solve those needs.
- Promote products in a way that’s relevant and that communicates how the product will solve reader needs.
Reliance introduces Unlimited Mobile Internet plans
Following the path of Airtel and Aircel, its RCom’s turn now to introduce unlimited Internet browsing plan on Mobile. Though it is termed unlimited, users are actually limited to 2.5GB of data. As we said before on Airtel RC 98 plan, if you truly want to use this plan for only browsing on mobile and not consider it as a replacement of your Broadband (at least until 3G arrives), 2.5GB should be a LOT of data to consume.
Reliance MobileNet plans
For RCom prepaid users, there are 2 MobileNet plans, the MobileNet 5 and MobileNet 51.
While MobileNet 5 Data plan with a validity of 24 hours gives you get 50MB of Data, the MobileNet 51 data plan with a validity of 14 days gives you 1GB of free Data.
To get started with these plans, dial *123*005# (for Day pack) or *123*051# (for 14 day validity pack). With MobileNet 51 pack, you get Rs.51 worth multimedia content like Wall papers, ringtones, and videos for free from R World portal.
For RCom Postpaid users, there is a single plan called MobileNet99 that has a validity of 30 days and gives 2.5GB of Data for free. You also get Rs.99 worth free Multimedia content from R World portal.
For both prepaid and postpaid users, there is also one MobileNet 0, which is a pay per use ‘default’ tariff that charges 10ps for 10kB of data transfer.
This Offer when compared to Airtel prepaid doesn’t look better because Airtel offers 2GB of Data with a validity of one month for Rs.98 per month for prepaid users.
It also has a smaller pack of Rs.24 that gives 200MB of Data with a validity of 5 days.
We said in an earlier post on Vodafone mobile Internet plans that Operators need to introduce such Data plans simply to build up the user base before launching the 3G services. Vodafone didn’t here, but at least RCom seems to have heard us.

Vodafone mobile Internet browsing plans?
Since I knew that there are Rs.98 Internet browsing plans in both Airtel and Aircel, I went on to check if there is something similar with Vodafone. Unfortunately I couldn’t find one. What’s even sad is that Vodafone users will have to pay for browsing the Vodafone Live portal and for which, data plans exists, sigh.
There is a great variation in the tariff of Vodafone Live portal browsing from circle to circle too. For example, in the Hyderabad circle where I stay, Vodafone has a Rs.98 per month plan for prepaid users with which I get 2GB of data free (note that this can only be used for browsing the Vodafone Live portal).
In other circles, say in Mumbai, the highest plan for prepaid users is Rs.99 per month which gives Unlimited usage of Vodafone Live portal (satisfying 60Mb per day fair usage limit).
In Chennai, I’m only left with Rs.95 per month plan where I get 50MB of free data.
Delhi and NCR: No plans for prepaid (at least, I don’t see any) but there is on Rs.200 and Rs.500 monthly rental plan for post paid users which gives 100MB and 500MB of free data respectively.
Tariffs are extremely hefty for post paid users in other circles too. In Hyderabad (AP circle), for Rs.699 plan, I get a mere 1GB of data and that too at the dreadful GPRS speeds.
We saw Vodafone 3G USB sticks earlier that are being advertised lately but only give 2G speeds, for now.
I think it’s vitally important and high time for Vodafone to introduce plans such as Airtel’s Prepaid Internet plan of Rs.98 per month, just to get their users ready for the 3G generation.
What Airtel has done by bringing back the Rs.98 plan this year is build a solid ‘data services’ user base before launching the 3G services so that they don’t have to face the dire circumstances that BSNL is facing now.
